Brief Profile

As a Project Manager at Waretracks, you’ll oversee the implementation of our client projects from launch through to go-live. You’ll ensure that requirements, timelines, and implementation are seamlessly aligned and that Waretracks is rolled out quickly and smoothly in our clients’ warehouses.

You will work closely with customers, operations, development, and product teams, and serve as the central point of contact for the project.

Your responsibilities

  • You plan and coordinate implementation projects for Waretrack with new customers
  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the project phase
  • You organize requirements, schedules, and milestones
  • You will coordinate internal teams and external contacts
  • You ensure that projects stay on schedule and within budget
  • You identify risks early on and take proactive measures to mitigate them
  • You will oversee the go-live and the handover to day-to-day operations
  • You document project progress and ensure clear communication

    • What do you bring to the table?

  • Experience as a project manager or in a similar role
  • A structured and independent approach to work
  • Experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A strong sense of responsibility and a pragmatic approach
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with operational processes
  • Excellent German language skills; English language skills are a plus
