For fulfillment that grows with every client, instead of breaking under it.

Dozens of clients, separate stock, different SLAs and billing models. Generic WMS solutions aren't built for this complexity. Waretracks is.

Großes Lager mit blauen und orangen Metallregalen, gefüllt mit vielen Kartons unterschiedlicher Größen, breiter heller Gang in der Mitte, Regale nummeriert von 11 bis 15.
In fulfillment, clear separation is everything: which stock belongs to which client, what gets billed, where responsibility ends. Without that separation, every mistake becomes a breach of trust with your customer.

Waretracks separates every client cleanly in the system, with its own stock, its own billing, its own dashboard. Trust becomes a verifiable fact, for each customer individually.

What this means in operations

+1

Client separation in the system

Every customer has its own stock, its own rules, its own view of its warehouse. No mixing.
+1

Billing without extra effort

Picks, storage space and value-added services are recorded automatically per client. No manual compilation at the end of the month.
+1

Scales with every new customer

New clients are created, not painstakingly set up. The system grows with your number of customers, not with additional staff.

Features for 3PL / fulfillment

Client separation

Separate stock per customer in the same warehouse. No mixing, full traceability.

Every customer has its own, cleanly separated stock in the same warehouse. Mixing between clients is ruled out by the system, not just by organizational agreement. That creates the foundation for trust and for reliable billing to every single customer.

Client billing

Picks, storage space and value-added services recorded automatically per client. Billing without manual compilation.

Picks, storage space and value-added services are recorded automatically and per client as they happen, not reconstructed afterwards. At month end, you have verifiable billing per customer, without manual compilation and without debates over proof of service.

Client dashboard

A dedicated dashboard per customer: orders per day, inbound to outbound relation, stock per article.

Every customer gets its own view of its warehouse, with orders per day, the relation between inbound and outbound and stock per article. That creates transparency without your team having to answer every request individually.

ERP integration

Open REST API, native connection to different customer systems.

Orders, stock and master data are synchronized automatically in both directions, even if every client brings its own ERP system. No manual exports, no Excel lists in between. New interfaces can be added modularly without changing existing connections.

Stock accuracy

Real-time physical stock by location, per client, instead of book stock that lags behind reality.

Every stock movement is recorded the moment it happens, separated by client. This structurally reduces inventory differences and creates the basis for stock reports you can verify to every customer individually.

Warehouse zones

Product groups form zones in the warehouse. New inbound goods automatically get an optimal putaway recommendation.

Each zone follows its own logic for putaway and replenishment, matched to the client or product group. New inbound goods automatically get a putaway recommendation within the right zone, without workers having to keep clients apart manually.

Route-optimized picking

Pick routes take warehouse layout and weight groups into account, not the experience of individual workers.

The route through the warehouse is recalculated for every pick order, based on warehouse layout, weight groups and article placement. New workers pick as efficiently as experienced colleagues from day one, regardless of which client they are picking for.

Freight cost optimization

Freight costs are calculated automatically per shipment, without manual compilation.

The calculation is based automatically on weight, volume and shipping method per shipment and can be assigned per client. This creates cost transparency at shipment level that can be carried directly into billing for each customer.

Batches & best-before dates

Batch and best-before date management where needed, not mandatory for every article. Automatic FIFO/FEFO at outbound.

You decide per article where batch or best-before tracking makes sense, even per client, instead of enforcing it for the entire warehouse. At outbound, FIFO or FEFO applies automatically depending on configuration. This reduces spoilage, complaints and rework, especially for clients in food or pharma.

Hazardous goods

Hazard classes, labeling and storage rules stored directly in the system. Segregation rules are checked automatically, not left to individual workers' experience.

Hazard classes and labeling requirements are stored in the system for the affected articles, not just documented on paper. Segregation rules are checked automatically at putaway, even when clients change or the product range shifts. This reduces liability risk without workers having to memorize every regulation.

Three perspectives. One system that fits everyone.

Fulfillment for other companies takes more than one feature per role. It takes a system that gives management, warehouse managers and IT the same answer: control over every client individually, without depending on anyone's experience, on staff or on external service providers.

PROVEN IN OUR OWN 3PL OPERATION

By entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs.

We couldn't find what we needed on the market.

Waretracks wasn't built only for our own warehouse. Through our subsidiary Vonexio, we run fulfillment for more than 40 customers, with their own stock, their own billing and their own dashboard per client. What runs every day in Vonexio's live 3PL operation is the same software you get.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

The questions we get before every implementation. And our honest answers.
How does the switchover work without stopping operations?
Ein einfaches, schwarzes Pluszeichen auf weißem Hintergrund.Screenshot of Google Maps showing a route from Zanzibar to Arusha in Tanzania with a 35-minute flight indicated and the map highlighting Tanzania and part of Kenya and Uganda.
Before go-live, we test every relevant scenario several times under real conditions in a separate test system, essentially a digital twin of your warehouse. Only when everyone involved gives the go do we switch over. At Vonexio, our own 3PL operation with over 40 clients, this happens during ongoing customer business, without interrupting order processing.
How are our workers trained on Waretracks?

Training uses real use cases from your warehouse, not generic examples. New workers are usually ready after about 30 minutes, because the interface is self-explanatory and guides them step by step during operations instead of requiring a complete manual up front.
Does Waretracks work with a multilingual team?
Ein einfaches, schwarzes Pluszeichen auf weißem Hintergrund.Screenshot of Google Maps showing a route from Zanzibar to Arusha in Tanzania with a 35-minute flight indicated and the map highlighting Tanzania and part of Kenya and Uganda.
Yes. The interface is currently available in German and English, with more languages in progress. Because a dozen or more nationalities work together in many warehouses, operation is deliberately designed to be quick to understand regardless of language skills.
